ALarm Clock you can really see!
I bought two of these units, and I am very happy with both. I set them up high in the back of our bedroom and in the living room. You can see them from 15 feet away easily at night, and they glow enough not to have eye strain figuring out the time. The only downside of sorts is you must plug them in (not battery powered at all), but they have a reasonably long cord, and they are small enough to put on a small shelf (maybe three inches wide). It can double as a searchlight....
First, I keep my bedroom dark. Really dark. This clock is like a green searchlight that brightens the room on the "dim" setting. Perhaps I'm persnickity, but I have no use whatsoever for it. Now it resides in the garage.
