I have a 60 inch Philips TV and I took it by oneself to change the CRT coolant. I cant remember if the Fresnel lens comes first or the screen. Right now I have the screen on the outside and there are really bad halos...
I have not re-focused the CRTs I contemplate I will do that though. It may help with the halo's. I have done the convergence though, and the images look okish.

and i was lately wondering how do i invert the picture so i can see it straight forward... not just desktop and whatnot but evrything so when im watching like a silent picture playing a game...if possible

The dimensions do not mater much. As extended as it is capable of focusing light on a specific point for a science experiment.

VALPARAISO - For the second consecutive year, John Beutner, an eighth grader at St. Paul Lutheran School, placed first all-embracing in the junior division of the Northwestern Indiana Science and Engineering Fair at Valparaiso University.

John, the son of Tina and Ed Beutner, also received the U.S. Air Pry Award and the Most Promising Young Scholar Award. John will represent Northwestern Indiana at the Royal Science Fair in Indianapolis on Saturday, April 4.

The title of John's project is "Solar Experiments

Actually those valves will pop long before you get enough pressure to run a real steam generator. Dan is running a toy to demonstrate the concept and kudos to him for it. However, you really do need very high pressures to run a stream engine that will do any real work. Therefore, only professionals (engineers in the field) should mess with steam boilers solar or otherwise.

WARNING. Back in the old days people were often killed and maimed by steam boiler accidents. If you decide to use steam to power your alternative energy beware it’s very dangerous!!! Yes the galvanized pipe is rated for high pressure and what you are doing appears safe. However, if someone decides to scale this up to something more useful they could get hurt or worse. And in the back yard where the kids play? no no.

Dan, I like your Sterling Engine ideas better, much much safer.

Yeah, this is cool, but getting usable energy from a steam engine using low-medium pressure saturated steam would be costly with solar power. If scaling up I would recommend going with a readily available refrigerant in a closed system and try to minimize any concentration of the sunlight and sun tracking requirements as this is where things get costly. I would expect on the order of 1 kilowatt hour of usable electricity generated each day for every 10 square meters of sunlight captured.
